The Piper at the gates of dawn.
Wish you were here.
Dark Side of the moon.
It would have been good if they'd done a little more with Syd Barrett
just to see what sort of sound they would have come up with. |

The Piper at the Gates of Dawn - The world will never be the same without Syd in it.
Ummagumma - The live half is awesome, but don't miss Roger's "Grantchester Meadows."
Meddle - Amazing range in this one, from the menacing "One Of These Days" to the pastoral "A Pillow of Winds."
Obscured By Clouds - The band experiments with their sound on their way to "The Dark Side of The Moon." |

| tomertheking | Feb 20, 12:24pm | I like them all, except Ummagumma - That thing is wicked!
But I think I like Atom the most, due to it's lengthy bass parts (Which I can proudly say I'm able to play!). I also like More and Relics. |

| yotza | May 9, 8:36am | hmmm .. I could not say literally which of the albums is my favorite one ... Maybe 'The Wall', 'cause he is the one which I was listening when I was very little child, altogether with my father ... also, watching the movie :) ... but, I also really like those old singles like 'Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun' ... 'A Saucerful Of Secrets' ... 'Careful With That Axe, Eugene' etc. ... and 'The dark side of the moon' is out-and-out .. wish you were here, animals, division bell ... all of them :)
I just like Pink Floyd! Their music, soul of that band! And their songs has so many undertones, so that you can find agreeable song for every moment ... they are legends :) |
